Cancellation / Refund Conditions:

For cancellation requests made before 30 October 2023, 50% of the accommodation and transfer fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.

The congress will take place at Lazzoni Hotel. It is 37 km from Istanbul airport and 48 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

Congress language is English and Turkish. However, the slides will be in English. The courses will be in Turkish.

The stand area, where relevant companies can participate, will be opened on 24-26 November 2023 between 09.00-19:00. The stand installation date will be as of 18:00 on 23 November and stand dismantling will be after 19:00 on 26 November.

Invitation letter will be given to the participants, subject to the permission of the institution related to the participation of the congress.

Name badges will be distributed to all registered participants and attendants. In order to ensure the congress order, it is kindly requested to wear name badges in all scientific and social activities.

• Congress registration cancellations will only be accepted in writing to urojinekoloji@literaturmice.com made before October 30, 2023.

• 50% of the accommodation and transfer fees are refunded for cancellation requests made before 30 October 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.

• All cancellation refunds are made after the congress.
